Single variety, 100% Devin, a local grape, shows many nuances of the Gewurztraminer (aromatic, slight exotic character) and the red Veltliner (spice, and a red fruit note almost like watermelons). The result is spice, green olives, fleshy, ripe peachy notes, and a lovely finish with some salinity coming through. A really exciting variety with lots of potential to enjoy as an aperitif or with food.
