Jónás 2022 from Sziegl Pince in Hungary, is a blend of Olaszrizling, Rizling (Riesling), Hárslevelű and Cserszegi fűszeres. Fermented in a combination of wooden barrels, ceramic amphorae and stainless steel tanks. This wine has the expansive, lovely mouthfeel and texture yet a racy, precise finish with a delicious salty, savoury, sea-like character. Chablis lovers this could be very satisfying to you with some added oomph to it!
