When Richard Stávek does his take on a rose wine, which is almost a like a light red, will get your attention in all the right ways. He works with white and red varieties, that gives you the gingery/reddish hue in the wine. Divy Ryšák literally translating as "Wild Ginger". Based on Modrý Portugal, Frankovka, St. Laurent, Gruner Veltliner, Welschriesling, and 7% of a Franco-American hybrid called Isabella.
