Jaroslav's wines go through long, slow ageing. The wines are allowed to rest after all the work, well they are technically still working and evolving as they are give the time and space for all the elements to work together bringing great harmony. A good Pinot Gris can be a superb wine, this one is textured, fleshy, rounded, with a long finish and nice chewiness to it!
